Frame
Load-bearing frame of dry edged grade-1 pine: boards 200×50, 100×50 and 150×30 mm, timber 50×100 and 50×50 mm, battens 20×40 and 30×10 mm.
Sheathing in OSB-3 Swiss Krono and moisture-resistant ArmoPlit cement-bonded board. Diagonal bracing in every wall.
Insulation & membranes
Mineral wool: 200 mm in the walls, 300 mm in the floor, 250 mm in the ceiling — non-combustible (class NG), thermal conductivity 0.042 W/m·K.
ROOFER PRO membranes (150 g/m²): a wind and water barrier outside and a vapour barrier inside, so the insulation stays dry.
Roof
Gable roof in galvanized profiled steel over a ROOFER waterproofing membrane.
Maximum ridge height 3.35 m, side walls 2.9 m — the module fits standard road transport.
Cladding
Outside: galvanized profiled steel in vertical installation, protected with graphite exterior paint.
Inside: pine/spruce imitation-timber boards 130×25 and 200×50 mm on walls and ceiling.
Windows & doors
WDS 300 PVC windows with a 3-chamber 60 mm profile and AXOR hardware. Panoramic pentagonal window in the living room.
Interior doors in wenge décor with horizontal black-glass inserts and black hardware.
Heating & climate
Cooper&Hunter CH-HP5.0UIMPRK air-to-water inverter heat pump (R32, 220 V) feeds water underfloor heating throughout the house and heats domestic hot water.
Cooper&Hunter inverter multi-split, North Europe type: cooling in summer and heating down to −22 °C.
Fireplace
RAVAN Incorta stove-fireplace: 5 kW rated, up to 10 kW, 75.8% efficiency, EN 13240, CE marked.
Real fire for cold evenings and a backup heat source that works without electricity.
Floors
Kronotex Advanced V4 laminate (Germany): grey oak, 8 mm, class AC4/32, compatible with underfloor heating.
INTER GRES Laurent 60×60 porcelain tiles in the bathroom and kitchen, on 16 mm ArmoPlit boards laid over the heating circuit. Black TIS skirting with cable channel.
Kitchen
Turnkey kitchen furniture made to the floor plan, with worktop and sink.
Built-in Gorenje dishwasher, class A+, about 12 place settings.
Furniture & textiles
Double beds in solid pine — two double sleeping places in the 45 m² house. Sofa, dining table, chairs and bedside tables included.
Curtains and sheer curtains from JYSK, matched to the interior and installed with the house.
Bathroom & hot water
KOLO close-coupled toilet with Geberit dual-flush fittings (10-year warranty on the fittings). Steel shower tray, moisture-resistant walls under the tiles.
KRONER vertical electric water heater with sapphire-enamel tank and dry heating element (5-year warranty).
Electrical
Recessed distribution board with EATON circuit breakers in two rows and a voltage relay. All wiring runs in corrugated steel conduit.
Black Schneider Electric Asfora sockets and switches, flush-mounted and earthed. Videx black track lights.
