An own production facility in Khmelnytskyi region. 22 years of timber-frame experience.
We don't build houses on your lot. Every Rivero is produced entirely in our shop under controlled temperature and humidity.
That means: no rain during construction. No "we'll finish tomorrow." Every joint and cable is inspected daily by the floor lead.
Our team is 18 specialists: a structural engineer, a designer, carpenter and installer crews, an HVAC engineer, a KNX electrician. We don't subcontract.
22 years ago we started with classic timber houses. Today we build the most advanced timber-frame modular homes in Ukraine.
